The Courtroom: Lester v. Lee
In our fourth case we have the Plaintiff, Mr. Jon Lester, vs. the Defendant, Mr. Cliff Lee. Mr. Lester claims that he is now deserving of being drafted ahead of the former Cy Young winner, which Mr. Lee’s defense will be contending.
The Courtroom: Sandoval v. Youkilis
In our third case we have the Plaintiff, Mr. Pablo Sandoval of the San Francisco Giants, vs. the Defendant, Mr. Kevin Youkilis of the Boston Red Sox. Mr. Sandoval claims that he is more qualified to be your starting third baseman than Mr. Youkilis.
The Courtroom: Upton v. McCutchen
All rise! Court is now in session. In our second case we have the Plaintiff, Mr. Melvin Emmanuel “B.J.” Upton, vs. the Defendant, Mr. Andrew McCutchen. Mr. Upton claims that after a down season in 2009, he is being wrongfully overlooked in drafts. We have George Fitopoulos arguing for Mr. Upton and Bryan Curley arguing on the behalf of Mr. McCutchen. Let’s get it on!
